By subscribing, you confirm the email address is yours and that you meet the eligibility and sanctions requirements in these Terms.

Subject to any applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
